The service

Ondaly is software that plays media from playlists supplied by the user. It does not include, provide or endorse any content.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to access the content in the playlists you add and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Premium

Premium is a subscription or one-time licence tied to your account and limited to the number of devices of your plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not share accounts or activation codes, reverse engineer the licensing, or use the software to redistribute content.

Liability

The software is provided as is. We are not responsible for the availability or legality of third-party playlists or streams.
