Refund policy
Last updated: September 2026
In short
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of each payment if OndalyTV Premium does not work as it should: a problem that stops you from using it on your devices and that, once you tell us about it, we cannot fix. This applies to the yearly subscription and to the lifetime licence alike. To try it before paying, the yearly plan starts with 7 days free: cancel before they end and nothing is charged.
Who handles the payment
Purchases are processed by Freemius, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which charges the payment, sends the receipt and invoice, and handles VAT. The refund therefore comes from Freemius to the same card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show depends on your bank, usually between 5 and 10 working days.
How to ask for it
Write to support@ondaly.tv from the e-mail you bought with (or tell us which one it was), ideally with the order number from the receipt, and tell us what goes wrong and on which device: we will try to fix it first, and if we cannot, you get your money back. You can also ask Freemius directly, by replying to its receipt or through the link it includes. We answer every request, in English or Spanish.
Subscriptions and renewals
Each payment, renewals included, can be refunded within 7 days of that charge, on the same terms. Cancelling stops the renewals and keeps Premium until the end of the period already paid; you can cancel in the app under Settings › Account & Plan, or through the link in any Freemius receipt. The yearly plan starts with 7 days free: cancel before they end and nothing is charged; after that it renews once a year. The lifetime licence is a single payment with no renewals, refundable within 7 days of paying on the same terms.
After a refund
Once the refund is approved, Premium ends on that account and the app goes on working on the free plan, with live TV. Your playlists, favourites and settings stay on your devices.
What we cannot refund
OndalyTV is only a player: it does not sell channels, playlists or subscriptions to any TV provider. A payment made to a playlist or IPTV provider is between you and that provider, and it is them you need to ask.
Your rights
This policy adds to, and never limits, the rights the consumer law of your country gives you.
